Karolina Dudek

Karolina Dudek, Associate Director at People and Places Advisory, Colliers Define, where she is involved in complex processes of planning, designing, organising and transforming space for large corporate brands. Her responsibilities include defining the needs of companies and their employees, analysing current space, formulating strategies for hybrid work environments and change management. She is constantly developing her competencies by being actively involved in academia – she is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Design of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw and a lecturer at Kozminski University. She completed studies in international relations, management and marketing at SGH Warsaw School of Economics, as well as in ethnology at the University of Warsaw. She also holds a PhD in sociology.
