József is a hands-on innovator and growth leader with more than 15 years of fintech experience. He successfully built up digital innovation based technologies at IND that became the leading developer and provider of digital banking solutions in Europe and the Middle East. In 2014 IND Group was acquired by Misys, where he directed innovation and digital channels. In 2017 Jozsef joined W.UP as VP of Business Development where he later became International CEO. He led the successful merge with czech Banking Software Company in 2021 to unite the two companies under the name of Finshape, where he is holding the co-CEO position.
