József Fenyvesi, with over three decades of hands-on experience in the automotive industry, has worked at Tier 1 automotive companies like Alpine Electronics Hungary, GEDIA Hungary, and DHL Supply Chain, focusing on practical solutions and operational improvements. He managed European operations, introducing automated systems and modern logistics, while gaining valuable insights into the international business cultures of Japan and China. He established GEDIA Hungary, leading strategic initiatives and driving growth in the Asian market as well. Currently, as Plant Manager at ElringKlinger Hungary, he leads the transformation from ICE to BEV Tier 1 supplier for BMW, VW Group, Daimler, Suzuki, and battery producers. His extensive experience and leadership have been instrumental in driving operational excellence and fostering innovation.
