John Palmer

  He has 25 years of experience in real estate, specializing in site and property acquisitions, property disposals and expert commercial real estate services, particularly in the Industrial and Logistics sectors. John focuses on investment location analysis, commercial due diligence and underwriting of existing and future investments. Previously, he worked for Savills as a Head of the Industrial Integrated Services Hub. Before joining Savills he was a Director of Industrial Investments, Central and Eastern Europe at BNP Paribas Real Estate, and Managing Director, Industrial at CBRE Poland. John is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and a member of the SIOR (Society of Industrial Office Realtors).
