János Kocsány

Obtained a degree in architecture, then he studied economics and MBA. Started working in different fields of the construction industry, mostly at constructional sites. The most interesting task for him was the IT support of the on-construction-site working organization. He worked in the constructions of the Tengiz gas refinery, which was built in Kazakhstan in cooperation with Hungarian experts. Started in the real estate sector in 1994, as investment expert, where he led the organization of full development projects. Joined Graphisoft R&D Rt in 1996, and ever since he has lead the office park developments, rentals and operational tasks. In 2006 the Graphisoft Park SE became an independent real estate developing company on the stock market, where he has been the CEO since its beginnings.
