Jan Šulc

Jan Šulc has worked at Skanska Property Czech Republic for seven years now and has held the position of Project Director since 2017, where he is responsible for all projects (including those in preparation), leads the project team and is part of the company management. Within his activities, he contributed to the commercial success of the Riverview, Corso Court and Visionary projects. On his position, he is involved in the whole project development process – the initial acquisition phase, obtaining the necessary permits, the construction, lease, and the final phase of the sale.
