Vehicle production engineer (BSc) and economist (MSc). He used to work at RABA MVG as a technologist for 10 years and for 2 years at the company’s financial department. After this, in the following 3 years he worked as a financial manager and controller at the GE’s Machine Factory in Győr. Since 1995 he has been working in the media business. First, he was the financial director of the daily newspaper Kisalföld until 1999. In the following 13 years he was the Managing director of the company. The Eastern European business was part of the Daily Mail and General Trust’s Associated Newspaper division. Under his leadership Kisalföld ltd was transferred to Lapcom ltd and followed his strategic plan the company became to a seven countries operation international business. The company became market leader in the job (in Bosnia, Croatia, Serbia and Slovakia) and car listing advertising segments (in Hungary and Slovakia) via its owned market leader online businesses. In Hungary two local newspapers Kisalföld and Délmagyarország have been published. At the end of 2012 DMGT decided to sell all its Eastern European B2C businesses and after this change he moved from B2C to B2B media business.
He has been the co-shareholder and managing director of the company Autopro.hu, which is a media of Hungarian car production industry. In the past years the company became to the strategic partner of MAGE and MAJOSZ associations. Over its media services the company has established its competition series (called Techtogether) and since then it has been organizing competitions for children and university students, promoting jobs and carrier opportunities in the car industry.
