Strategy consultant and digital transformation leader. He leads the Digital Factory at MOL Group which is responsible for the digital transformation of the company’s Consumer Services business unit. The transformation consists of 3 main pillars: enabling data-driven operations; creating new, digital, gamified loyalty programs and customer relationship management systems and processes (CRM); introduction of different digital payment methods to customers. Istvan joined MOL Group as a consultant in 2017, and he has been working on the digital transformation since 2018. Between 2012 and 2016 he worked as a strategy consultant at the Budapest and London offices of Boston Consulting Group on various engagements related to efficiency improvement, growth strategy, organizational change and mergers & acquisitions at Europe’s largest energy companies. He holds a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership from Corvinus University of Budapest, and a CEMS Master’s degree in International Management from Corvinus and the University of St. Gallen.
