David Huszlicska began his career in the investment department of Colliers International Hungary in 2007. Subsequently, after nearly 5 years investment experience David entered the online real estate space by establishing an online database of commercial real estate. Later in 2013, David joined CIB Bank, subsidiary of Intesa SanPaolo, to assist in the management and disposal of commercial assets in the bank’s ownership, with disposal values over 250 million EUR. After spending close to 5 years at the bank, David was approached to join CTP, a regional player in industrial development and investment which had only recently entered the Hungarian market, and joined the company in 2017 as senior business developer. During the course of his time at CTP David progressed to become country manager, leading the company to become market leader in Hungary and in the creation of the largest industrial portfolio in Hungary, valued at over EUR 1 Billion. Having achieved market leader status and well on the way to achieving the coveted 1 million m2 portfolio size, in 2022 David decided to co-found Greenfield Development in order to help others achieve the successes he had been part of during his 15 year presence on the Hungarian commercial real estate market. Since its incorporation in 2022, Greenfield Development has contracted general contractor works of over 30.000 m2, and project management works of over 50.000 m2. In 2023 Greenfield Development established a strategic Joint Venture company with DVM Group called DVM-Greenfield, which has multiple general contracting works ongoing and plans to further penetrate the Hungarian industrial construction market. In addition to being managing partner at Greenfield Development, David is also director at DVM-Greenfield.
