Hugh Owen

Hugh Owen is a partner at Allen &Overy Budapest and heads its South Eastern Europe and Ukraine Desks. Hugh specialises in M&A, including private equity, and has extensive experience advising clients in various sectors, particularly financial institutions, telecommunications and media, energy and infrastructure.
