Ferenc Hirth, the founding owner of the company, has built up the group of companies involved in electrical automation, industrial electronics and special machine manufacturing from what started as a business working group in (GMK) in 1982. With significant international contacts and export activities, the company is now managed by the founder's sons, Olivér and Markus. The development of the hydrogen fuel cell started in 2005 has resulted in the completion of the 15 kW 8-passenger small boat in 2020, followed by the 90 kW waste collection vehicle (garbage truck) in 2021.
