Béla Hetzmann is an experienced automotive industry specialist. For the past 15 years, he has been and continues to be involved in the development of the strategy of major OEM supplier companies, their implementation, optimization of operations, the preparation and management of the necessary investments, the establishment of new production plants, the building of the market and the operational management of the companies. As the owner of the TIER1 automotive supplier CSABAcast Light Metal Foundry LLC., he has been the company's director since 2008, and the managing director since January 1, 2013. Since December 4, 2020, he has held the position of Chairman of the Board of Rába Automotive Holding Plc., and on May 8, 2021, he was appointed the Chairman-CEO of Rába Plc. CSABAcast LLC. currently delivers approximately 9 million pieces of casted and machined aluminium car parts directly to the European, Asian and American factories of BMW, AUDI, Volkswagen and Daimler. The activity takes place in Apc, Heves county, with around 500 employees, in the company's new sqm 17,000 production plant. The three strategic business units of the Rába Group product axles and axle parts for commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery and earthmovers, as well as automotive components for commercial and passenger vehicles. The Rába Group currently operates in 4 Hungarian cities, at a total of 6 sites, and the Group employs nearly 1,500 people in total.
