Hermán Lajos graduated from engineer-teacher faculty of Széchenyi Istvan Technical College. His first workplace was Raba Magyar Vagon és Gépgyár. He has been working for Bosch Rexroth Kft. since 1997. In the beginning he worked in the hydraulics area. Later, he became an autoindustry referent of Bosch Rexroth. He is Regional Sales Manager currently.
