He’s a co-founder of Bondweaver SA. He has been working in the field of network analysis for two decades. At Bondweaver, they are developing an AI-based workforce analytics software which analyses the hierarchical and organic operations of organisations. This AI software opens up a new dimension in increasing organisational efficiency and employee well-being. It provides with answers to critical business dilemmas, like who is about to leave the organisation, how the culture of giving feedback can be improved, how to unlock communicational bottlenecks, etc. He had teached at DOTE, a Hungarian university (IT applications in medicine). After that he became a senior executive at Generali Group (regional manager). He attended psychodrama therapist training, organisation analyst training, change management consultant training. He has been a management consultant since 1994. He’s a regular speaker at universities and business conferences. His findings were published in articles and educational films (Spektrum, MTV).
