Gunnar Herm MRICS

Gunnar Herm was appointed Head of Real Estate Research & Strategy – Europe at UBS Global Asset Management in 2008. He is primarily responsible for developing and delivering proprietary research products for use in analyzing risk and return for various European real estate investment opportunities. He also develops fund strategies, helps develop new products and supports ongoing marketing and capital raising efforts. Gunnar has 15 years of investment industry experience and joined UBS Global Asset Management in 2006 as an analyst for the European office sector. Before joining UBS in 2006, he was an analyst for the office sector in the European Property Research team at Henderson Global Investors for almost four years. Prior to his position at Henderson, Gunnar was a project leader at the property consultant ATIS Real in Hamburg (from 1999-2001) and Frankfurt (2001-2002) and before that he was a Research Analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle (from 1997-1999).
