Goran Zivkovic

Goran Zivkovic is Managing Director of CBS International offices in Serbia, Croatia and Macedonia. He is involved in all major projects and brokerage clients the company is servicing regionally. Goran has extensive 18-year experience in the real estate industry, on both agency and developer side. For years, Goran was leading the residential team in Colliers International, after that, he was Senior Leasing Manager in GTC, the most successful real estate developer in South East Europe, in charge of successful leasing of 60,000 sq m office portfolio in Belgrade. He joined CBS International Serbia in June 2009, in charge of all major RE transactions, like NCR, Microsoft, Pfizer, Lear, Ametek and DB Schenker for warehouses and industrial transactions, disposal of ex-US Embassy building, Australian Embassy building etc. Closely collaborating with the developers in various stages of project development from proposing the most marketable concept to suggestions for unit mix and applicable fitouts, to establishment and execution of full marketing campaigns.
