Csaba Göntér

He has more than 25 years of experience in the automotive and metalworking industries internationally. In the beginning of his career he worked as a production manager, engineering manager, and in the last 18 years he has held positions as a company manager/plant manager in large international companies in Hungary, such as Flow Dry Kft, Thyssenkrupp Materials Hungary Zrt, Dometic Zrt. He managed the aforementioned US-owned Flow Dry Kft. for 14 years since its foundation, during which time he started from scratch to become a European market leader in the market for dehumidifiers for automotive air conditioning systems. From September 2023, he is the plant manager of Feintool System Parts Tokod Kft, and from November 2024, he is one of the managing directors as well. He has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, an engineering economics degree, he holds an Msc Engineering-Teacher degre and an MBA from Oxford Brookes University. Lean and quality focus are of crucial importance to him, and in order to implement this approach as effectively as possible in his daily work, he has acquired the necessary qualifications: REFA, Toyota Production System, Lean Manufacturing, ISO9001 Lead Auditor, ISO14001 Lead Auditor and VDA 6.3 auditor.
