Oliver Gilmartin

Oliver Gilmartin MRICS, born in 1977, works as senior economist for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in Westminster, London. Oliver holds a BSc in Economics and Business Economics from Southampton University and an MA in European Real Estate. He has commented on land and property issues across both national and international media. Mr Gilmartin previously worked at Citigroup and Fidelity investments before joining the RICS Economics team where he now provides economic and market analysis with a special focus on commercial property issues.
