Gergely Ferenczi

Gergely Ferenczi, Director of the Company Information division at OPTEN, completed his economics studies with a specialization in finance and accounting in Budapest. He began his professional career in the field of car leasing, then held key sales and later managerial roles at multinational trade credit insurance companies for eight years. Gergely leads a team of 15 at OPTEN, who are responsible for operating the services and developing new innovative solutions. The development of ESG services and its professional communication play a crucial role in his daily routine. He considers the topic of sustainable development a top priority both professionally and personally, where our generations have urgent tasks to accomplish. For his daily work, up-to-date knowledge in this rapidly changing field is essential. An important foundation of his professional knowledge was the ESG consultancy training organized by the Bankárképző and the BIB, which he tries to supplement by following domestic and international news on a daily basis.
