After 11 years with the busmaker Ikarus, just reached 25 years with GM/Opel. Member of the car production start-up team at Szentgotthárd, later manager of the car assy plant. Multicultural leadership experiences gathered during 11 years international assignments in Germany, Australia, China doing various project related positions managing introductions of new engines. Crossfunctional, product oriented leadership roles in matrix organisations. Quality manager of the Szentgotthárd Plant for four years.
