András Fülöp

András Fülöp has started his professional career eleven years ago at Deloitte. During this period he has collected experience in the field of corporate finance, including both sell and buy side M&A mandates, privatizations, business valuations, modeling, both equity and debt financing projects and providing various financial assistance for leading international investment banks. During the last decade his main industry focus was on financial institutions, he has worked for most of the major banks active in the region and in nearly every countries. Andras has managed over 50 bank valuations and was involved in several buy-side advisory mandates, including the Ertse-Postabank and the MKB-Konzumbank transactions in Hungary, and in several other transactions in Central-Europe. He is the Central-European member of Deloitte's European financial advsiory group for financial institutions.
