Zsuzsa Friedl is the Chief People Officer of Magyar Telekom Group, one of the largest employers in Hungary. She gained her knowledge and developed her leadership skills in various industries over the past 25 years. She has played a key role in the success of leading companies in telecommunications and technology industries (UPC, Microsoft and Telekom/T-Systems) in implementing HR and organizational strategy. In addition to HR activities related to the entire employee base of the Magyar Telekom Group, her responsibilities include areas supporting the agile transformation of the company, as well as internal and strategic external communication. With her team, she is dedicated to create an environment where work is a real pleasure and all colleagues feel valued - internal satisfaction has increased by 20% in the last 4 years at Magyar Telekom. Telekom is recognised as one of the most attractive workplaces in the country, with a strong people-focused implementation of the agile transformation starting in 2019. Her latest initiative, a nationally renowned trial of a 4-day working week, is another opportunity to make the company the best choice for employees.
Zsuzsa is a member of the Equalizer Foundation, an active mentor of the National Association of Managers, a member of the HBLF X Mentor Program, and part of the Advisory Board of the Budapest Metropolitan University's Human Resources Bachelor's and Master's Programs. She is a qualified executive coach and team coach.
