Tibor Földi

Tibor Földi heads Cordia Group, a local and an international real estate developer, a member of Futureal Group. Cordia Group employs more than 200 dedicated professionals. He joined Futureal Group in 2000 as Director of the Residential Real Estate Division, became CEO of Cordia Zrt. in 2006 and later Chairman of the Board of Cordia Group. He contributes to the results of the business with his operational and strategic management expertise. Under the leadership of Tibor Földi, the company has already completed more than 8,000 homes in Hungary and abroad, with a further 2,000 homes under development and more than 13,000 under preparation. Prior to Cordia, he was the CFO of a small real estate development company. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Finance of the Budapest University of Economics.
