Filip Vučagić MRICS

Filip is Partner and Director in Colliers International based in Zagreb, Croatia, responsible for the strategic positioning, business development and management of Investment, Valuation, Advisory and CRE teams for the markets of Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Filip joined Colliers in June 2012 as a Senior Consultant in the Investment and Corporate Advisory Services department with a focus on valuations for retail, office, residential, hotel and industrial properties. Soon he gained expertise in commercial real estate and took over business development of investment advisory and CRE consultancy lines for three markets – Croatia, Slovenia and BiH. Due to the pace of his advancement, responsibilities, deliveries, dedication and comprehensive knowledge of commercial real estate market, in January 2016 Filip was promoted to Partner and Director within Colliers International Croatia. Prior to joining Colliers, Filip was working in financial industry - banking and insurance. In Volksbank Group he was engaged in Corporate and Investment departments responsible for financial asset valuation, financial reporting and market research and market outlook writing, prior to which he worked on securities clearing and settlement, corporate actions watch, valuation of financial asset and client reporting. Also, Filip worked in sales department in Kvarner Vienna Insurance Group and as a project manager in privately held company ASV marketing where he gained experience in management and consultancy work.
