Dr. Kristóf Ferenczi

Kristóf Ferenczi Dr. is the partner of Kinstellar and the head of its praxis related to energy rights. He participated in numerous transactions related to energy industry, including transactions made in the sectors of electricity, natural gas and district heating, significant power plant investment, the implementation of project utilizing renewable energy sources, furthermore, legislative consultancy in issues regarding the Hungarian and European energy legislations. He has significant experiences regarding company acquisitions and privatization transactions as well. He is the arbitrator of the Permanent Arbitration Court of Energetics. Besides his Hungarian mother tongue, he speaks English, French and Italian as well. He acquired his legal degree on the Faculty of Laws at ELTE, after which, he studied postgraduate studies law at the Robert Schuman University in Strasbourg. He is a member of the Budapest Bar Association.
