Ferenc Németh MRICS

Ferenc Nemeth is responsible for the development and implementation of standards for supervision of the valuation process and developing benchmarks and parameters for standardization of the evaluation at Erste Group. He has worked in various positions as real estate expert at Erste Group, accumulating 15 years of experience in the field. He has started his career at Erste Bank Hungary in 2003. Since 2012 he has been working in Vienna. Between 2012 and 2017 he has worked for the Erste Group Immorent AG as real estate valuation specialist. Since October 2017 he has been working in the Collateral Management Department of Erste Group Bank AG as real estate expert. Since 2014 he has been a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in Vienna, Austria.
