Ferenc Bolyki

Ferenc Bolyki, 47 years old, graduated from the University of Miskolc as a mechanical engineer then expanded his knowledge of work study and automation. At the beginning of his career, he gained his work experience in the SME sector (small and medium-sized enterprises) and joined Aventics (former Bosch Rexroth Pneumatics) in 2002. Over the last fifteen years, he has been getting higher and higher positions: he has been familiar with every step of the production organization and has become responsible for defining production methods and coordinating efficiency development. Since its inception, he has been one of the main organizers of the International Aventics Pneumobil Competition, which is one of the largest competition of higher education students today in Hungary. Now he is the head of industrial engineering and responsible for the digitalization development of the company since 2014.
