She studied at the Budapest University of Technology were she received her degree in chemical engineer in 1982. In 1989 she received another degree at the same university in economic, industrial engineering and management. A year later she passed the public service base level exam, six years after that she passed the public service advanced level exam, which opened a new chapter in her career. She received her latest degree, which is essential for her current professional role, at Energy Delta Institute’s Natural Gas Strategy course, at the University of Groningen. Her first professional encounter with natural gas pricing was at the Ministry of Industry and Trade’s Energy Price Department. She continued her work at this field at the Hungarian Energy Office’s price regulation department. Currently she is the head of Department of Natural Gas Supervision and Price Regulation. She shares her knowledge and expertise not only in the any form of publications, but she also regularly participates at national and international conferences as a speaker. She wrote a price regulation chapter of the “Operation and regulation of the Hungarian natural gas sector” book.
