Fady Chreih

Fady graduated an MBA at Sheffield University, studied at RBI and took several courses at Harvard Business School and London Business School. He is a member of YPO Romania Chapter and the Health Committee within AmCham. As a CEO, Fady is delivering strong financial performance and financial discipline, he takes care of the growth strategy for overall business. Also he is sustaining 19% growth vs 10% overall market growth in 2013. Because of him there were improved all financial indicators for 2013 and 2014. Fady is setting up the right organizational structure and behavior; initiating and implementing the cultural change program in order to create a patient-care culture and reach the best recognition on quality and he is reshaping the company’s values, setting up a service-culture organization.
