Ewelina Kaluzna MRICS

Ewelina Kałużna is Leasing & Asset Management Director at Skanska Property Poland and a member of the unit’s management board. Ewelina Kałużna has over 10 years' experience gained from a number of international advisory agencies operating on the commercial real estate market. Prior to joining Skanska, she was Director of the Office Agency, Landlord Representation Department at Colliers International that cooperated with numerous developers active on Warsaw's real estate market. Before joining Colliers, she worked at JLL and was responsible for conducting complex commercialization strategies for office buildings. On 1st March 2016, Ewelina was appointed Leasing & Asset Management Director at Skanska. She is responsible for conducting the company’s strategy regarding leasing and asset management for office buildings developed by Skanska Property Poland. Ewelina graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and holds a number of prestigious titles including MRICS, CCIM and Leed Green Associate.
