Ervin Palfy

Before he joined Arnold Investments as an investment broker in 2013, Ervin Palfy has collected considerable experience from a long-proven track record in the real estate and banking industry, e.g. at ERSTE Group. The Arnold Group specializes in the brokerage of real estate investments throughout Europe with its own offices in ten European countries. Headquartered in Vienna, the company was founded in 2009 by Markus Arnold. Very early, Arnold started an expansion to the neighbouring countries in the CEE region, with Bratislava being the second branch abroad after Prague. Since the foundation of the Slovakian branch in 2015, Ervin Palfy has been Country Manager and has played a key role in its development and establishment. At Arnold Investments, he combines the strength of a regional market player with a perfect international network of around 48,000 buyers and investors. In 2022 alone, the Arnold Group brokered properties with a volume of more than 700 million euros making it the most successful year in the company’s history so far.
