She has been working at Panattoni for 7 years, currently in the position of Sustainability Director. She is responsible for integrating sustainable development practices into the company's business strategy, ESG, BREEAM certification, pursuing the carbon neutrality goal and changing the image of industrial warehouses towards convenience. Emilia Dębowska graduated from WSB-National Louis University (Marketing and Management). She also completed Business Sustainability Management at the University of Cambridge and postgraduate studies at the College of Management and Finance of Warsaw School of Economics (product and service management). She has been working in the real estate industry for over 15 years in Europe and USA.
