With the rise of big data and AI technologies, D-DARKS developed a proprietary algorithm for commercial real estate investors enabling capturing hidden opportunities/avoiding risks in the market, while completely digitally transforming how real estate investment management is being done. D-DARKS is looking to spread this innovation throughout the industry as well as to enable gathering investors around newly created AI-driven real estate investment funds.
