Co-Founder of D-DARKS AI Real estate, a Vienna-based startup with a focus on introducing AI-driven investment management in the commercial real estate industry. Dzeneta is a lawyer, with a Masters's degree in real estate management and more than ten years of real estate law and financing experience, with a special focus on commercial real estate debt restructuring and pre-insolvency procedures. With the rise of big data and AI technologies, D-DARKS developed a proprietary algorithm for commercial real estate investors enabling capturing hidden opportunities/avoiding risks in the market, while completely digitally transforming how real estate investment management is being done. D-DARKS is looking to spread this innovation throughout the industry as well as to enable gathering investors around newly created AI-driven real estate investment funds.
