dr. Zoltán Varga

Lawyer-economist. He joined Magyar Suzuki more than a decade ago. In 2020, he was appointed to be the the head of HR and Legal & Compliance Departments, which he now leads at CEE regional level. At first he graduated at law university in Miskolc  and continued his studies at several prestigious universities. In the past years, he has completed a number of successful projects at Magyar Suzuki. In his legal work, he keeps the strategy, values and culture of the automotive major in line with local and European legal and compliance rules and standards. He believes that leadership attitude determines the workload and performance of colleagues, and that to maintain motivation it is important to learn and teach how to manage change, which can be helped by the right amount and type of communication. He was nominated for the 2019 Lawyer of the Year Award in the Compliance category and was named Young HR Leader of the Year in 2022.
