Dr. Ágnes Tóth

Dr. Ágnes Tóth has been the CEO of Prohuman since March 2024, bringing over a decade of senior executive experience. In her leadership role, she focuses on strengthening strategic partnerships, developing data-driven HR solutions, and further enhancing Prohuman's market position. Her key goal is to drive innovation and integrate digital solutions, particularly artificial intelligence, into HR services. As an AI expert, she is committed to the effective application of technology to optimize labor market processes and increase corporate efficiency. Previously, she served as the President and CEO of Budapest Metropolitan University (METU) for five years, during which METU became Hungary's largest private university under her leadership. She holds degrees in mathematics, computer science, and finance and earned her PhD in economics. She is a dedicated advocate of the growth mindset.
