Dr. Richard Szepesi, Owner and CEO of Dreamland Holding has realised various unique tourism and hospitality project sin the provinces over the past 15 years. These include the Fabulous Shiraz Hotel, the Moroccan-style Bambara Resort hotel and adjacent Bükk Mystery Park – all producing above the average performance indicators. Currently Richard is involved in a number of large-scale resort projects, including the BalaLand resort that is aimed to become a leading adventure park, resort hotel and apartment complex located along the southern shore of Lake Balaton.
