Dr. Árpád Polgár Veres

Árpád Polgár has a degree in Chemical Engineering. He has obtained many other professional and business qualifications and certifications. He worked for various organizations of the public sector, and different enterprises of the Hungarian and international services industry and manufacturing industry in the private sector. He worked as a subordinate process engineer, product engineering, plant manager, chief technologist, head of quality assurance, head of operations development, head of business development, executive director. Currently he works for Alcoa as Business System Manager and BU HR Manager, as member of the Lead Team of a prominent business of Alcoa-Köfém Kft. providing work for 600 employees. In his professional and business career expanding over 30 years he was working in a large variety of operations, repair, development and management roles. Among others these include creating and realizing business strategy, branding, creating and realizing programs that ensure successful, efficient, flexible and sustainable business operations, processes, employees, teams, organizations, organizational culture, performance evaluation, customer and client relations, as well as developing IT and other management systems.
