Dr. Mónika Frank

Mónika has extensive track record and nearly 16 years’ experience in real estate law. She advises international and local investors and developers with respect to acquisition, disposal, development, leasing and financing of shopping centres, office buildings, logistic centres, residential complexes and hotels throughout Hungary and the CEE. Her services include the drafting and negotiation of SPAs, assisting with the preparation of financing documents, structuring of construction contracts, preparation of complicated retail, office and hotel leases, and the formulation of property and asset management agreements. She speaks Hungarian, English and German. Mónika is a member of the Legal 500 ‘Hall of Fame’ and in 2022 she was listed among the ‘TOP 10 Real estate lawyers in Hungary’ by Portfolio.
