Dr. Daniel Feszty works as an Expert in the field of Fluid Mechanics and Acoustics at the Department of Whole Vehicle Development at Audi Hungária in Győr, Hungary. He contributes with technical expertise to industrial projects related to research and development as well as a Visiting Professor to the activities of the Department of Whole Vehicle Engineering at Széchenyi University in Győr, which was founded by Audi Hungária. Dr. Feszty's original background is in aerospace engineering and has accumulated about 15 years of research experience in the fields of aerodynamics as well as vibration and noise control for helicopters, while working as an Associate Professor at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada. He is an author of more than 50 scientific publications as well as a patent in these areas. Dr. Feszty obtained his PhD at the University of Glasgow in Great-Britain and his first degree at the Technical University of Brno in the Czech Republic - both in the area of aerospace engineering.
