Ákos Dömötör

Ákos Dömötör graduated from Corvinus University Budapest and CEMS in 2010, where he studied management. Having finished a global leadership development programme at LEGO he settled in Denmark, where he took up a position in Quality Assurance. Ákos returned to Hungary in 2014 to head up OptoForce Ltd and work on giving the sense of touch to industrial robots. OptoForce started as a university spin-off in 2012 and now counted among the best expert teams in force controlled robotics in the World. OptoForce is in Hungarian-Danish ownership and exports above 95% of their products to various parts of the World. Their most important product line is their 6-axis force/torque sensors, mostly used with collaborative robots. OptoForce customers include Google, MIT, Sony and Samsung -besides many others.
