David Marquina became P3’s CDO in July 2019. He joined P3 in 2016 when TPG merged its portfolio of Almindus logistics properties in Spain with the P3 Group logistics platform. Until then, he served as Managing Director of Almindus from 2014. Marquina has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector in Spain. Marquina has a degree in Law and Urbanism from the Autonomous University of Barcelona with a master's in Legal Practice and Project Management, Construction and Planning. He is a founding member of the Barcelona Urban Cluster.
