Daniel Schreiner has been working in the real estate business since 2008. Classically started in property management and then via various management tasks at the real estate group Rhein-Neckar (IGRN), at Vivanium (today MVGM) he went to Heimstaden Germany, where he built up the asset management and the ESG topic in Germany and worked on the trans-European developments of the group-wide ESG measures and building digitization topics. After that, he changed to Deutsche Investment Kapitalverwaltungs Aktiengesellschaft. Since then, Daniel has been responsible for ESG in buildings, including CO2 savings and building digitalization. The focus is on the reduction of CO2 emissions while taking into account the digital upgrading of the properties using tools such as 3D measurements, BIM, digitization of all technical systems with international partners.
