Damian Polok is one of the founding members of Silicon Valley Bank in Germany focused on Venture and Growth Debt Financings, spearheading the bank’s endeavours in Berlin over the past 2.5years. He is also a Co-Founder of the Emerging VC Fund Management academy and community VC Leaders, as well as founding member of the 2Hearts Community which focuses on making the tech and VC community more diverse. Named Forbes 30 under 30 and Global Shaper, an Initiative by the World Economic Forum, he is an avid supporter of building bridges between communities of diverse perspectives.
