Dalius Simaitis

Dalius, co-founder and CEO of PortalPRO since 2019, brings over two decades of leadership and engineering expertise, including 15+ years in the district heating & energy production and real estate maintenance companies. Beginning as an engineer in 2001 and advancing to transmission network director of a heating network company in Vilnius, he was honored by European federation of national maintenance societies with the Euro Maintenance Incentive Award in 2016 for dedication and outstanding achievements in the field of maintenance. His international experience was focusing on preventive & predictive maintenance and digital solutions in the field of maintenance and it’s management.   Under Dalius's leadership, PortalPRO has evolved into a modern, transparent service economy platform operating on sharing economy principles. The company is expanding into six European countries—Lithuania, Portugal, Spain, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Hungary. By integrating AI-driven tools, PortalPRO enhances efficiency in property management, facility management, and insurance industries.
