Czerwińska Teresa

Mrs Czerwińska is the Vice-President and Member of the Management Committee of the European Investment Bank (EIB). Before joining the EIB, she was a member of the board of the National Bank of Poland since June 2019. Between January 2018 and June 2019, she was Minister of Finance of the Republic of Poland. Before that, she held the position of Undersecretary of State responsible for the state budget at the Ministry of Finance (from June 2017 to January 2018) and, before that, at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education (December 2015 to June 2017) in Poland. Mrs Czerwińska is also a Professor of Economics at the Warsaw University. She specialises in finances and risk management.
