Stefánia Csordás is the Head of Consumer Business Unit at Westend, with over 15 years of international experience. She began her career at Vodafone Hungary and later at Vodafone UK, working in commercial marketing. She then joined EE, a British telecommunications provider, where she focused on pricing strategy for the fixed-line business and customer lifecycle management. Following this, she led the global marketing strategy for the AICPA & CIMA financial qualifications. As the Head of Consumer Business Unit at Westend, a shopping centre that has served 50,000 people daily for 25 years, she aims to strengthen its role in meeting visitors’ needs beyond shopping and experiences. She firmly believes that long-term competitive advantage comes from a customer-centric strategy that is continuously refined and adapted. In addition, she is a qualified coach, specializing in leadership and career development.
