Hanna Csenterics

Between August 2015 and January 2017, Hanna Csenterics was part of the team that Established the Országos Dohányboltellátó Kft, finally becoming the Head of HR for the organization. Hanna's task was to develop a centralized strategic HR function that could quickly and effectively provide the basic HR functions necessary for the organization and, with appropriate business knowledge, be able to provide professional support to organizational leaders. She previously worked as an interim HR manager at British American Tobacco and since 2012 she has been occupied with organizational development and consulting. During 2016, she supported BNP Paribas as a regional HR leader, following which she has continued her organizational development activities through her own consulting firm. Currently, she is strengthening NEXON’s project management and organizational development teams in addition to its advisory activities. Hanna graduated as an economist from the Corvinus University of Budapest, where she has also taught several courses during recent years.
