Csaba Purgel

Csaba Purgel was born in 1974 in Székesfehérvár. He studied mechanical engineering at Kecskemét, and later obtained an MBA qualification. Based on his knowledge of quality and technology, he gained extensive experience in various positions. At the heart of his professional interests and leadership approach is innovation, efficiency, organization and employee development as key value factors. During his 17 years at the Continental Group, he was responsible for leading industrial developments, later as managing director he was responsible for Continental Vác plant and the operational management of Contitech's OESL plants in Eastern Europe. In 2024, he took over and manages the operational management of the Hungarian factories of Harman Becker Automobile System Manufacturing Ltd.
