He obtained his diploma at the University of Debrecen, Faculty of Economics, majoring in banking and investment. After his economics studies, he started his career at UniCredit Bank in 2005 in a management trainee program, and then from 2006 he became a product manager of account and investment products. During his career, he achieved outstanding results and gained market recognition for the areas he managed. He has accumulated significant management experience of 17 years in key areas of the Retail business. First, he led product development, then Premium Banking, and later digital channels and CRM and campaign management areas, which was later expanded to include the Call Center and the management of intermediary networks. For six years, he has been managing UniCredit Bank's branch network in Hungary, together with the head office areas and intermediary networks that support it.
