Costin Banica is responsible to ensure and support the growth of the Industrial Agency department in JLL Romania. Client relationship management and generating spin-off business for the wider company are the key methods in achieving this role. He is responsible for maintaining a close relationship with existing clients and for establishing new contacts for future business with potential occupiers or developers and investors. He has more than 13 years of experience in sales and over 5 years in real estate. His list of clients includes Honeywell, Daimler, Coca-Cola, Bosch, GSK, Dachser. He has leased more than 300,000 sqm directly. In the Bucharest industrial market, Costin is involved in establishing locations for rapidly growing e-commerce, courier companies and logistic operators​ Costin is leading the largest team in the industrial real estate market in Romania, 7 professionals that work together with the purpose of offering the clients the best full-service experience in the industry. Moreover, he provides consultancy on the industrial logistics and manufacturing projects developed in Romania, establishing in the past 3 years projects totalling more than 200,000 sqm.
